The Single Post section allows you to customize the appearance of individual blog posts. You can choose a post layout, control the visibility of post elements, and configure the Related Posts section.
How to Access
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
- Open the Templates panel.
- Click Single Post.
The Customizer provides a live preview, allowing you to see your changes before publishing them.
Available Options
Single Post Layout
Choose the layout used for individual blog posts.
- Align Content Left – Displays the content with a left sidebar.
- Full Width Content – Displays the post content across the full available width without a sidebar.
- Align Content Right – Displays the content with a right sidebar.
Post Elements
Control the visibility of various elements displayed on single posts.
- Hide/Show Categories – Display or hide the post categories.
- Hide/Show Author Details – Display or hide the author information.
- Hide/Show Date – Display or hide the post publication date.
- Hide/Show Tag – Display or hide post tags.
- Hide/Show Featured Image – Display or hide the featured image.
- Hide/Show Sharing Icons – Display or hide the social sharing icons.
Related Posts
Configure the Related Posts section displayed below individual posts.
- Enable Related Posts – Enable or disable the Related Posts section.
- Title – Customize the heading displayed above the related posts.
- Hide/Show Categories – Display or hide categories for related posts.
- Hide/Show Date – Display or hide the publication date for related posts.
- Hide/Show Author Name – Display or hide the author name for related posts.
- Hide/Show Comments – Display or hide the comments count for related posts.
After making your changes, click Publish to save and apply the settings.
