The Post Image Settings section allows you to control how featured images are displayed across your website’s post layouts. You can choose whether post images maintain a fixed height for a uniform appearance or automatically adjust their height based on the original image dimensions.
How to Access
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
- Open the Global panel.
- Click Post Image Settings.
The Customizer provides a live preview, allowing you to instantly see how the selected image display style affects your posts.
Available Options
- Post Image Display Type – Select how featured images are displayed throughout your website.
- Fix Height Post Image – Displays all post images with a consistent height, creating a clean and uniform layout across post listings.
- Auto Height Post Image – Preserves each image’s original aspect ratio by automatically adjusting its height, preventing image cropping.
After selecting your preferred display type, click Publish to save and apply the changes.
