The Slider Banner & Tab Section allows you to create an engaging homepage by displaying a featured post slider alongside tabbed content. You can enable the section, customize its background, configure the slider content, and manage the Latest, Popular, and Trending tabs.
How to Access
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
- Open the Frontpage Options panel.
- Click Slider Banner & Tab Section.
The Customizer provides a live preview, allowing you to see your changes before publishing them.
Available Options
- Enable Slider Banner Section – Enable or disable the Slider Banner & Tab section on the homepage.
- Background Image – Upload a custom background image for the section.
- Recommended Size – For the best appearance, use an image with a resolution of 1200 × 720 pixels.
- Slider Carousel Position – Choose the position of the slider carousel within the section (e.g., Left).
- Slider Section
- Category – Select the category from which slider posts will be displayed.
- Tabbed Section
- Latest Tab Title – Customize the title of the Latest tab.
- Popular Tab Title – Customize the title of the Popular tab.
- Trending Tab Title – Customize the title of the Trending tab.
- Category – Select the category used for the tabbed posts.
- Posts to be Shown on Trending Tab – Specify the number of posts displayed in the tab section.
After making your changes, click Publish to save and apply the settings.
