The Header Image section allows you to customize the header banner displayed on your website. You can upload a custom header image, use the default image, manage image overlays, and personalize the appearance of your site’s header.
How to Access
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
- Open the Header Options panel.
- Click Header Image.
The Customizer provides a live preview, allowing you to review your changes before publishing them.
Available Options
- Current Header – Displays the currently assigned header image.
- Hide Image – Remove the header image from your website.
- Add Image – Upload or select a custom header image from the Media Library.
- Suggested Images – Choose from the default header images provided with the theme.
- Randomize Suggested Headers – Randomly displays one of the suggested header images each time a page is loaded.
- Overlay Color – Select a color overlay to improve the visibility of text displayed over the header image.
- Remove Image Overlay – Disable the overlay color and display the original header image without any overlay effect.
After making your changes, click Publish to save and apply the settings.
