Create a contact page template and Select a Contact Template
Need to add contact form 7 plugin, then create a contact form and get contact form 7 Shortcode,
Now go to Contact Template Setting ( Appearance -> Customize -> FrontPage Sections -> Template Settings -> Contact template Settings ) then enter your contact form 7 Shortcode in Contact form 7 shortcode text editor.
