To Upload a Header Image
Step 0 – Navigate to the Appearance section in the WordPress dashboard, then select Customize.
Step 1 – In the Customize menu, click on Header Options.
Step 2 – Within the Header Options, select Header Image.
Step 3 – Click on the Add new image button. This will prompt to either select an existing image from the media library or upload a new image.
Step 4 – After uploading the header image, may adjust the cropping if necessary. Once done, click on Publish to apply the changes.
