To Top Bar
Step 0:
Navigate to the WordPress dashboard. In the left-hand menu, go to Appearance and select Customize. This will open the theme customizer where various settings for the website can be modified.
Step 1:
In the customizer menu, click on Header Options.
Step 2:
Within the Header Options section, select Top Bar. This will allow enable or disable the top bar and customize its contents and appearance.
